AAG Redistricting Panel Series
When it comes to the fight for fair redistricting, there is no one better equipped than a geographer. The AAG’s Redistricting Panel Series will equip geographers with the tools and knowledge needed to take action in their states as this year’s new maps are drawn. In each panel, attendees will become familiar with their state’s redistricting process and connect with a network of geospatial thinkers ready to step up and get involved.
You don’t have to be a GIS expert or have a geography degree to contribute to this collaborative public process. Anyone with interest is welcome to register for a panel in their state. By activating our collective power as a community, we can set new expectations this year and show why geospatial thinkers are indispensable.
